SPIRIT/21 coordinated the parallel setup of the new tenant with the existing environment. All voice policies were consolidated and transferred. The routing logic (SBCs, direct routing) enabled flexible allocation of phone numbers. Optimizations and recommendations were integrated on an ongoing basis.
