What is SAP Application Management?

SAP Application Management Services (AMS) focuses on user support and the ongoing further development of applications. AMS therefore includes user support (incident and problem management), planned changes, enhancements and further developments (change management) of the SAP applications and the processes mapped in them. The main objectives are optimally supported business processes and a high level of user satisfaction.
