Donations instead of gifts

The Christmas season is just around the corner; we reflect on what 2020 has brought:

The good cooperation, the excellent performance, the professional cooperation, especially in difficult times. We, the employees of SPIRIT/21 Switzerland, would like to share all of this with you, which is why we have decided to donate to Pigna - Raum für Menschen mit Behinderung this year instead of giving our business partners small packages as usual.

Why Pigna in particular? Everyone has a special talent, everyone has learned things that have changed their lives, everyone has something to say to other people. We all continue to develop and benefit from this, as do these people with a disability.

The Pigna Foundation offers 111 residential and 55 day-care places as well as a total of 170 jobs for people with disabilities in two workshops and a service company. In the “Hans im Glück” restaurant, catering professionals with and without disabilities pamper guests 365 days a year. The purpose of the Pigna Foundation is the promotion, vocational training, integration and employment of women and men with disabilities, primarily resident in the Zurich Glattal and Unterland.

With our donation, we want to help make their lives a little brighter. The smiles on their faces will be our reward. Many thanks to Claudia Somaini, Head of Communications at Pigna, for the warm welcome.
