IT transition during carve-out - SPIRIT/21 supports company spin-off

Customer requirement

An internationally active industrial group was faced with the task of transferring a business unit into an independent legal entity as part of a carve-out. The IT infrastructure and processes had to be transferred to the new corporate structure quickly and securely.

Challenge

The project requirements included high complexity with tight time and budget constraintsn. In addition, the takeover by an investor placed increased demands on transparency, data availability and access rights.

SPIRIT/21 solution

SPIRIT/21 carried out a precise requirements analysis, planned and configured the M365 tenant. The migration of the international divisions was carried out with QUEST Metalogix for the integration of Google Workspace. In addition, the configuration and support of the M365 apps and clients was taken over - for a central, efficient and secure working environment.
