Customer requirement

A company was looking for a digital solution for the structured planning and documentation of its internal committees. The aim was to transmit agenda items in real time, record resolutions centrally and systematically track open items.

Challenge

The previous processes for organizing committees were manual or only partially automated. Information came from different systems and had to be consolidated. The solution needed to be available both stationary and mobile.

SPIRIT/21 solution

SPIRIT/21 provided a web-based application and a native iOS app. These enable flexible and location-independent planning, real-time communication in the event of changes and structured tracking of committee items and resolutions. Operation and support were also provided by SPIRIT/21.
