Böblingen, April XX, 2026 – SPIRIT/21 and STACKIT, the Schwarz Group’s European cloud platform, are combining their expertise: Through this partnership, SPIRIT/21 is expanding its portfolio to include a sovereign, fully European cloud option and provides comprehensive support to companies in the planning, implementation, and operation of cloud solutions on STACKIT.
STACKIT operates its data centers in Germany and Austria, offering a cloud platform that meets high standards for data protection, compliance, and data sovereignty. The open-source-based architecture enables transparent cloud environments and reduces dependencies on proprietary hyperscaler structures.
SPIRIT/21 advises and supports companies throughout the entire cloud lifecycle—from evaluating suitable cloud strategies through architecture and migration to stable operation. STACKIT is specifically deployed for regulated and security-critical workloads. A particular focus of the collaboration is on SAP environments: For example, SPIRIT/21 supports the operation of SAP systems as part of RISE with SAP in a European private cloud environment on STACKIT.
