SPIRIT/21 at the Workplace Ninja Summit 2025 – exchange, insights, and community
Last week, five SPIRIT/21 employees attended the Workplace Ninja Summit 2025. The conference is one of the most important events in the field of modern workplaces and gave us the opportunity to dive deep into Microsoft technologies, discuss trends, and gain inspiration for our work.
First-hand knowledge – directly from Microsoft and leading experts
Whether Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Azure AD or Endpoint Security: At the summit, we gathered comprehensive information and engaged in direct dialogue with Microsoft product teams and international specialists in numerous sessions. Questions on an equal footing and detailed insights into roadmaps, best practices, and technical background information were particularly valuable for our team.
Exchange on equal terms – community as a success factor
In addition to technical input, the focus was on the community. We deepened contacts in the Workplace Ninja community, made new connections, and exchanged experiences with IT professionals. This open dialogue is a key success factor for us – because innovation comes from working together.
Now the work really begins
Armed with new insights and ideas, the work continues: we are incorporating many of the technologies and trends from the summit into our projects, implementing them, and developing solutions for customers and internally. The summit inspired us and at the same time gave us specific tasks to tackle together as a team.
Our conclusion
Participating in the Workplace Ninja Summit 2025 was a complete success. We return to our projects with fresh ideas, technical knowledge, and a strengthened network – ready to put what we have learned into practice and further develop the digital world of work together with our customers.
We are already looking forward to the next summit – and to actively shaping the community.
