SPIRIT/21 in the Top Women Network: Four new networkers strengthen the team
The Top Women Network Baden-Württemberg stands for exchange, mentoring, and the promotion of women in leadership positions. SPIRIT/21 will be back again in 2026, sending a strong signal for empowerment and diversity with four new, committed colleagues.
Our mentors in 2026
We are delighted to welcome another colleague as a mentor to our network, alongside Silke Nixdorf and Ulrike Königstein:
Nicole Schindler, Head of Applications & Security and Mentor for Top Women
Nicole is responsible for the Applications & Security division at SPIRIT/21 and develops future-proof software solutions for efficient, flexible processes. Together with her teams, she drives application modernization forward—for greater speed, lower costs, and maximum security. She analyzes customer landscapes and advises on IT security concepts. Nicole brings with her many years of experience from international corporations, including as a product owner for complex digitization projects. She is the driving force behind bringing projects to a successful conclusion.
Our mentees for 2026
Our network continues to grow—three dedicated colleagues are joining us as new mentees:
Sarah Weimer, SAP Logistics Consultant and Top Women Mentee
Sarah has been working as an SAP Logistics Consultant at SPIRIT/21 since 2022, supporting projects related to SAP logistics processes. Prior to that, she worked in SAP ERP ILM and CRM for several years. She laid the foundation for her expertise by studying business informatics and digital media.
Andrea Hauf, Microsoft Solution Specialist and Top Women Mentee
Andrea has been working as a Microsoft Solution Specialist at SPIRIT/21 since 2025. Her focus is on developing modern solutions with the Power Platform and Microsoft 365, especially for Teams and SharePoint.
Anne Sophia Vollmer, Sales Operations Executive and Top Women Mentee
Anne has been with SPIRIT/21 for over 13 years. She started in Resource Management with a focus on infrastructure services, later expanding her responsibilities to include EBSS and finally SAP projects. She has extensive experience in recruiting freelance IT specialists and permanent employees, as well as in account management. She has been supporting the Sales Operations department since 2025.
The network provides a platform for inspiration, knowledge transfer, and personal development. We are proud to be part of this movement and look forward to exchanging ideas with the leading women of Baden-Württemberg.
